Celebrate Pride & More: Events at St Margaret's House

4th June 2026

This Pride Month, we are proud to celebrate the diversity, individuality and strength of the communities that make St Margaret's House such a vibrant and welcoming place.

Inclusion is not just something we talk about. It is one of our core values. We believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and able to be themselves. Whether you are visiting our cafe, attending an event, taking part in a workshop, spending time in our garden, or simply using our facilities, our spaces are for everyone.

As a home for creative health, community connection and wellbeing, we are committed to creating an environment where people from all backgrounds can come together, learn from one another and celebrate what makes us unique.

There is lots to discover at St Margaret’s House this week, with activities taking place across our spaces for all ages and interests. Check out our What's on page and read on to find out what's coming up soon, or download a PDF version on the button below.

Explore Outdoors is back this summer with a series of free outdoor arts and wellbeing activities from St Margaret’s House. Taking place in and around Victoria Park, the programme offers opportunities to connect with nature, support your wellbeing, and enjoy creative experiences in the open air.

This year's activities include 'Herbal Tea Tasting' (Thursday 18th June, 6-7.15pm), where you can discover the flavours and benefits of different herbs through a guided sensory experience and 'Reconnecting with Nature' (Thursday 18th June, 3-4.30pm), a gentle session that encourages mindfulness, reflection and a deeper connection with the natural world.

Join us outdoors and celebrate the season with activities designed to help you slow down, connect, and recharge.

Join Rebecca and Virginia of WomenontheEdge in the Closing Conversations event at The Gallery Cafe, celebrating the 'Flourish - The Vibrancy and Flow of Life' exhibition, moderated by Virginia Orr.

Our Friday Massage is inspired by the informal massage rooms of South East Asia. Our practitioners enjoy working in a shared space as it creates a safe and open atmosphere, welcoming all and providing a container that establishes community, connection and healing.

The perfect way to start your Saturday! Enjoy guided meditation and breath work surrounded by blissful music. Followed by dynamic movement and restorative stretching. Leave feeling connected to the body and breath.

Join us for our monthly free art cafe of collaborative creating in The Gallery Cafe. Whether you can stay for ten minutes or the whole two hours, we’d love to see you at the next session. All materials provided.
